Patch 1.0.1 — May 28, 2026
A roughly 295 MB stability hotfix across all platforms. Key fixes:
- Fixed a crash in the Bond & Moneypenny cutscene after the opening credits (“In His Majesty’s Secret Service”).
- Fixed a crash after leaving M’s office in Chapter 02 “A Night Out.”
- Fixed a crash in the cutscene after Chapter 05 “Beyond the Grave.”
- Fixed Chapter 06 “Uninvited” guards turning hostile or skipping dialogue after the CCTV room.
- Fixed NPC pathing (Greenway and others disappearing or clipping through walls).
- Fixed missing Deluxe and Legacy Edition content on the Epic Games Store.
Known issues (player-reported)

- Some PCs fail to launch the game.
- PC/PS5: the MI6 shooting range occasionally won’t let you fire.
- Xbox Series X: the start screen can become input-unresponsive.
- PS5: occasional crashes in the opening cinematic.
- PC: HDR can disable itself after gameplay starts.
